Id say way to go fable II but LPB was released on the 28th, so those numbers are only within 3 days.

Tho the same goes for fallout 3 on xbox and that did significantly better.

What the hell are people playing on ps3?

I also want End War, Fallout 3, Guitar Hero world tour and Little big Planet.

I might be sheltered as far as gaming goes but I can't find enough time in the day to play all the games I want to play to be honest. I've always been a Playstation guy though. I'll never own an XBOX as long as Sony has a system on the market.

I sold mine...it was just gathering dust. Sold it to one of my family members who just got a 42" widescreen for the first time....he got suckered into the Blu-Ray ;p

I thought Sony would have picked up some steam by now. The only thing coming out that's going to push consoles is Little Big Planet. As much as I dislike Microsoft, I am going to play my games. If the big M console has the games then so be it.

I will eventually have all 3 systems but there are not enough games out for the PS3 to make me plop down the cash.

Also good for Nintendo for finding a market to prosper in. I have seen people buy that system that wouldn't look twice at a 360 or PS3. Tendo has tapped a market that apparently has been ignored by the other guys.

I honestly like the ways things are looking for gaming. Who can complain with 3 major consoles to choose from?

Man, maybe Congress should ask nintendo if they could get half of the profit they make on the Wii. That would get us out of national debt.

(Yes, I'm exaggerating).

Wow, has the 360 been outselling the PS3 like this consistently? I know they had caught up at one point.

they were just about even (maybe the PS3 won for a month or two) when MGS4 came out... Sony's been saying since then that they were now gonna come back. I dunno man. It's a little late in the game to still be digging for comeback rally's. I could be wrong though. I also thought the Wii would be an utter and complete failure.

I agree, I think it is too late for them to come back. They are solidly in 3rd place for the rest of this generation. Not even a Final Fantasy exclusive (which they aren't getting) could get them out of the hole they dug themselves.

It probably will be. Squares only reason for not making it multi-console is that they don't think it will sell on the 360 in america. and it will.

The 360 did have a price cut not too long ago.

For the record, I got Wii Music... And I hate it. I hate that I admitted that.

you excited for Wii Sports Resort? I really wanna see if the WiiMotion Plus is as good as the media is making it out to be. It could really change the future of controls for a lot of gaming.

It's unfortunate because I honestly believe the PS3 is the better of the 2 systems (can't compare to the wii). It's built better, runs faster, quieter, cooler, but has NO support. I love my brothers 360 but I was honestly rooting for the PS3.

Who can really beat the 360 for $199 with all it offers? With the deals Medieval954 put up in another thread where you can get a $199 360 plus a free 20GB hard drive at Circuit City I can see why it is selling so well.

As long as the cheapest PS3 is $399 it will never sell as well as the 360. I only own a PS3 and I love it but Sony has doomed themselves by going overboard on expensive hardware; hopefully they'll learn next generation.

I mean myself if I didn't have to pay for online play for the 360 I would have bought it over the PS3 originally and I probably would buy one now if online were free. With the systems being so close for me the free online makes the PS3 the superior console for me but these cheap 360s tempt me. :lol:

I just wish there was more in the pipeline for FPS's on Wii because it's just as good as a keyboard & mouse when implemented correctly i.e. Medal of Honor Heroes 2. It's painful to go back to dual analog controls for console FPS's now.

You know about the Conduit right? High Voltage is quietly doing some great work with the wiis hardware right now.

The economy is hurting PS3 sales, Sony better lower the price or get used to 3rd place.
Also by the time they release Home it doesn't seem like it will matter anymore.

Home is the perfect example of Sony this generation. The company is trying to do a lot of cool things, but their ideas are to ambitious to get them done.

That's the way I feel. All these ideas. They sell them to people, then they dont follow through. Home was supposed to be out, what? A year and a half ago?
