Keys to the game
1/Get a fast start and control the pace of the game.
During the last three losses Miami has allowed Buffalo to dictate the pace and alter the way
both side of the football call the game.
The Dolphins have to take an early lead and make the Bills change the way they want to play. This will require Miami to win on the line of scrimmage,
and not allowing the early pressures in the passing game, and winning the field position battle in the first quarter.
2/Protect Tanny
With all the changes on the OL this factor will be of utmost importance.
We must utilize formations and motions to make the Buffalo defense defend the entire field.
Also we must use the quick passing game to take some pressure off the defensive rush.
3/Attack Orton.
Orton is basically an inmobile QB.The Dolphins front seven must make it difficult for Orton
from start to finish, and both Cam Wake and Olivier Vernon must create havoc in the
Buffalo pass protection.
4/Limit the Bills chunk yardage.
In the first game in Buffalo, Sammy Watkins was running free underneath the Dolphins zone coverage
getting chunk yardage from short crossing routes. Tackling in space will be very important.
Injury update
The Dolphins will be without the services of cornerback Cortland Finnegan .
Finnegan (ankle) was ruled out Wednesday when the Dolphins released their final injury report before the game.
Colledge was doubtful with the back injury that kept him out of the games against the San Diego Chargers and the Detroit Lions.
The Dolphins also had four players listed as questionable: TE Charles Clay (knee), LS John Denney (knee), LB Kelvin Sheppard (hip/groin) and TE Dion Sims (toe).
The injury report also included six players listed as probable: DE Dion Jordan (hamstring), RB Lamar Miller (shoulder), LB Koa Misi (ankle), G Mike Pouncey (hip), QB Ryan Tannehill (ankle/right shoulder) and S Jimmy Wilson (hamstring).
Jordan and Pouncey were listed as having full participation in practice Wednesday, while the other four were listed as limited.
For the Bills, rookie wide receiver Sammy Watkins (groin) was listed as probable but running back Fred Jackson (groin) was listed as questionable.
The only Buffalo player listed as out was DE Jarius Wynn (knee), while CB Ron Brooks (groin), WR Marcus Easley (knee) and WR Marquise Goodwin (ribs) joined Jackson as questionable.
This is an important game that we must and will win.The players are stoked .As requested by them the Dolphins will wear aqua pants with aqua jerseys for just the fourth time in team history. The stadium will be full of fanatic Dolphin supporters including Big Poppa Pump .This is the time to display some pride and faith .Go Dolphins. :dolphin:

Notice we havent heard from any of our Bills trolls?
They arent about to talk smack tonight....they know whats about to punch that team in the face -
even though I feel very nervous, the fact that it's a short week, playing at home with a pissed off team, I moved the Miami win in my office pool up to #16 (Highest level of confidence).vt_dolfan likes this. -
Getting off to a good start offensively will be HUGE. These guys have owned us recently and they have players talking trash.
National tv. Home field. It's time to punch them in the mouth.
Let's go Dolphins!!! -
I'm anxious! Can't wait to see Aqua on Aqua and have us beat the Bills and push further towards the playoffs.

Our defense is going to dominate this team, they have shown talent wise they are as good as the nfc has to offer imo..and now you pissed them off..
another grown man said to u that they are gonna whoop dat ***''..
better watch your back son..
ryan tannehill..fu%$ the pocket and just do whatever you have to do to score some points and possess the ball.and that included you know what..just do it. -
Need to see a pissed off team tonight. I know all the players are tired of losing to the Bills. Go get 'em!
-
need to highlight jarvis landry as the #1 receiver. -
Before Albert and Colledge went down I was confidant in our ability to block their defensive front. Tannehill needs to have better footwork when the line does give up some pressure. The only thing that will keep us in this game is the defense. I'm optimistic but worried.
-
I do too but he has been MIA. I started doing this when I realized no one was going to start one during the Raiders game in London .
BTW FYI I am 3-0 since then when I have made a pick.Last game I did not make a pick .This week I have in my OP.
If I miss it then I hope someone else does it next time.Whomever wants to start one please insert some content please. -
This game means more to me than anyone. I live with a Bills fan and my beard is in jeopardy.
