Couldn't be more excited for kickoff weekend. My list of things to watch...

1). Ryan Tannehill. Pretty much paying attention to everything. Footwork, quick and decisive decision making, ball placement, etc... He's never had a great kickoff weekend to open the season.
2). Lamar Miller's role in this offense. He looked great running the ball and hopefully will be more involved in the passing game. I want 25 touches Sunday.
3). Offensive line: Lots of question marks. Hopefully they all play well as a unit and build some confidence.
4). All the shiny new toys... I wan to see what role will everyone play in week 1 and beyond.

5. Suh.
6. Interested to see how effective we're at covering Jordan Reed. We'll be playing some decent TE's this season, and he's pretty good when healthy.
7. Jackson and Garcon are big receiving threats w/their speed. Can strike quickly at anytime. Big test for Brice McCain and Jamar Taylor. Will be watching them closely. Same for Aikens.

 

No disrespect to the OP but, what ever happened to Sick's, "I wanna punch a baby" official gameday threads? I miss those.

I'll be surprised if they score 19.
I'm thinking more along the lines of 20-10 to us.

 

I'm thinking 1 TD, probably a long one that our secondary blows the coverage on, and then 4 FGs

 

Just can't see 5 scoring drives with that matchup on the lines. We will be able to rush 4, drop 7 the whole game.

What I'm really curious about seeing is time of possession. I'm so pumped up over our defense...the defense is going to cause so many 3 and outs for the Redskins that TOS is going to be close to 45:00-15:00 in our favor.

I don't see the Fins running up the scoreboard; I see long sustained balled controlled drives.

This is why I avoid gameday threads, during the game. The trolls act like they can't find their bridge.

 

If we aren't up 14-0 by the end of the first the gameday thread will be a mess.
