Who do we get at QB?
With Luck staying that means the 7 teams possible for a first round QB out of 4 options at QB will not only have 3 to choose from.
We don't have the tools to trade up, so do we look at FA? If so, who?
Also, does Harbaugh (A Michigan guy) think he can make Henne (A Michigan guy) a vertical QB?

Lets wait until we have some official words on hiring and firings first. I am hearing reports out here that Harbaugh also met with Stanford officials to find out their final offer as well. Still a longshot he goes back there, but this is new news.

If Harbaugh a former NFL QB wants to keep Henne for some reason why would YOU question that?

If we get Harbaugh I think a lot of people (Henne Haters) will be eating some crow.
-
If we can't get Luck or someone else good in the first round, I say we try to get the best vet FA we can find and give Harbaugh a shot to improve Henne.

2010 Survivor Champion: Jake Long
I vote that we never do Survivor again. We have doomed Jake Long to a career ending injury next season.SICK, RickyNeverInhaled and gunn34 like this. -
I wish Harbaugh stops bouncing around like a little girl and decide with teams he wants to coach, all this Sabanesque drama is getting disgusting.

Henne is toast! I could Harbaugh taking a shot on Alex Smith. Now before every1 flies off the deep end remember smith has has 5 different OCs and offenses in his short career, not to mention that nut job Singletary! Smith is young, smart, great arm and athletic.
-
Harbaugh earned $90,910 per win this season. Stanford can't pay him anything close to the level that would make him pass this kind of cash up.
-
Draft an olineman in the first round and then somehow get a Leon Washington type player. After that either draft a qb in the third or pick one up in fa

Dolphins 2010 Offense/coaches was only 1 of many issues with Henne that no one but henne can fix. Staring down the receiver, accuracy, decision making, reading defenses, inability to multitask (ie blitz coming he's forced out the pocket the basterd new looks down field)
-
He's still young and once Harbaugh reviews tapes of our game plans he'll see the challenge Henne has had to make advancements in his game.
Who ever comes in, Henne will be kept and some sort of competition will be brought in for him to compete against in an open QB job battle.MarinePhinFan and Killerphins like this. -

I have been a little bit critical of the hire from an experience angle but Harbaugh will allow us to best utilize a young QB on the roster. If Henne doesn't develop with Harbaugh then I will be ready to cave on the player.MarinePhinFan likes this. -
However, I was talking about the people saying that they know for sure that Henne sucks. ;) -

I definitely saw Henne improve slightly but it was probably hard to notice because I also saw our oline and running game regress

If Harbaugh comes in and turns Henne into a starting QB will those who have claimed "Henne sucks" eat crow? -
-
If he comes in next season, throws for 3800+ yards, 60+% comp, 25 TD's and 10 INT's. Pluse the Dolphins make and win a playoff game.
Crow or not? -
-
This year he did suck -
We will find out next year how much was the double d's and how much was Henne. -
The fact that Thigpen, who isn't much better, is a FA and we will probably be stuck with Henne. Especially since it is now tougher for us to draft a QB in the first round with Luck making it one less in the field for someone to drop to us.
-
I think every QB you mentioned would have improved Miami's offense 10 spots other than Sanchez. -
-
If we land Harbaugh, I hope we bring back Penny as a QB coach. That would be two great QB mentors to work with whoever we have under center. Nevermind we can still bring in a good OC.
