Omar is the one who failed to get a ligitmate upgrade at QB in Free Agency......Omar is the one who didn't have a backup plan for QB if plan 1 fails, Damn FO gets paid big bucks and supposed to be professionals and at least know more than us........But they screwed up again yes again and it's not their first time you know.....

IMO the front office is accountable for this restlessness , and while I agree going after mediocrity isn't how we should go , I do feel this is their karma for not managing this situation properly up until this point.
