Shouldn't the snow plow Dolphins/Cheatriots be one?

Well, since there not being a flag involved, is it really a controversial call? Controversial play to be sure. We got hosed on that one.

Yeah, maybe worst non-call? Either way, that was total BS.

How many of the top 10 are the Pats involved in? Gotta think the "tuck rule" was #1

I'd almost think that the NFL Ref's have all bet on the Steelers winning the SB this yr as no team has gotten so many close calls this season and in the playoffs.

They need some cash to tide them over during the lockout.

Not this week.

One game at a time: Your 2016 Miami Dolphins.
A team without leadership, players without heart: Your 2015 Miami Dolphins.
Carrying on a decade plus of underachieving and mediocrity: Your 2014 Miami Dolphins.
Pissing on your dreams and tearing your heart out: Your 2013 Miami Dolphins.

Did Miami pass up a FG try in that game or miss one because of the snow?

Crazy...... I was watching the Bears/Hawks game yesterday and was talking with a friend about the snow plow game.
Haven't thought of it for a long time.

I'm not old enough to remember it but I believe the Pats had somebody plow a spot clear for the Pats FG kicker to make a game winning kick.

That's how I understand it too. I was just wondering if Miami ever got it close enough to try a FG themselves.

Jets will have to beat Pitt and the officials that's for sure.

old enough to remember and watched it live as the Pats are my 'local' team and that was one of the times I could watch Miami live each season...there was more than one missed FG in the game by each team...the guy who plowed is still a hero here and was on a prison work release program at the time.....

You need to put it aside this week. They are the only thing that stands between that foot licking freak from going to the Super Bowl.

Here is the boxscore from that game if anyone is interested:

http://www.pro-football-reference.com/boxscores/198212120nwe.htm

It don't show missed FG attempts but it's still pretty cool to see the Pats passed the ball only five times and both teams combined for just 72 yards passing.

No way the NFL would rather see the Steelers and Big Ben in another Super Bowl than the New York Jets and Rex Ryan. Are you kidding me?

Indeed. Steelers are my fav team this week. They must win. It would ruin the whole SB for me, otherwise.

Uwe missed a 45 yard FG earlier in the game which is why I was so pissed when they cleared the ice for NE.

OK, lets start a list of the Dolphins top ten...

For me one has to be the Int for a TD by Sharper last year, another has to be the Steelers game this year....
