I had suspicions that he may have become involved in the substance abuse program. This makes me even more suspicious.

This was just on local radio out here. They out here on Double XX 1090 liked Shane a lot. They said on the Bill Werdel wire that he has 4 teams interested in his services, and none of those named were Miami.

Beat writer Kevin Acee says "those around the (Chargers) have known for some time that Olivea partied himself out of the league."
