You sign on to a job that pays you millions of dollars to build a championship caliber team..He failed miserably at that, and Quit..Bottom line, he quit before he knew the team was in a good place..While I think he should go in on his coaching merits, because of his weakass executive goals for us, and the fact that he didn't really give a sh^% about how he left the team, yet collected his millions, he can go fu%$ himself..

 

He the Phins in better shape than when he got here. He also restored 3 franchises, more than likely would have stayed with Dallas if someone could hold a snap, and the 2 HC's in the SB are from his coaching tree. Yeah he broke your heart cause he was the hot chick that you thought you would go all the way with and she only gave you lip service. Get over it haters. The only reason he isn't in is politics. He ruffled a ****load of feathers and payed for it today.

Restored franchises sure aren't Dallas or Miami at least not their season records, that if win loss ratio's and playoffs count for anything.
