I'm interviewing for 31 [or] 32. That's what I'm doing on Sunday," running back Jesse Chatman said, referring to the other NFL teams. "That's what me and my teammates were talking about on the field; you see a lot of guys trying to turn up the intensity."

What this brings up, is why haven't some of these players played hard for Cam from the beginning? Is it the lack of respect, and or his coaching style? If they did this in 07, what would they do in 08 towards Cam and his authority to manage this team?

Good. He should have them worried. The ones worrying are the ones who've mailed it in all year.

I am so tired of people blaming cam for the lack of desire on the player to play with intensity. These guys are supposed to be professionals. they get paid a lot of money, and supposed to love the game. If they can't get up for a game or give their best then they need to go now cut today. This is the problem with this team people just picking up paychecks. Maybe cam just expected these guy to be professional. For his part that was wrong i guess. HE should have treated them like college players and disrespected them and rode their butts all season. Arn't these guys supposed to be men and not boys. Fine time to show up guys, thanks for nothing. CUT every one of them that has been doging it all season. CUT THEM NOW> THIS HAS TO BE THE MOST PATHETIC SITUATION. i AM SO ANGRY ABOUT THIS I CAN'T SEE STRAIGHT. THey should have been playing hard all season, not jsut because bill showed up.

In retrospect I think tralyor's statement that he thought not everone was playing to win was not about the coaching as much as it was about the players doging it and not playing to win. He was to classy to name the players.
