The ads are contextual.
If you mention the Patriots multiple times in a thread, for example, you'll see these kinds of results.
It is not absolute though. You will not see vulgar, obscene, etc. ads. -

The ads are contactual. Please PM me any and all incidents where a pro muslim ad is displayed in any forum that the term "Muslim" is not mentioned
