Rooting for the Pats gives us leeway in case we lose one of the last remaining games (knock on wood), but rooting for the Ravens keeps our slim chances of winning the division alive if the Patriots somehow lose to Buffalo.

 

If we lose to the Bills or Jets with what is at stake we dont deserve to go into the playoffs.

 

Assuming we win out we want the pats to lose out to balt and buff because we have the smallest miniscule possibility of a getting the division and the #2 seed I think it is... but assuming we dont win out or whatever we want baltimore to lose atleast one more than we do. Its all over the place lol. I think We wont "really" know who we want until after miami plays buffalo

 

Good thing they play after our game, we will know who we have to root for by then.

 

While the Pats will be home for the Buffalo game i dont think they want to play the Bills in a must win scenario. The Pats have stomped the Bills something serious the last few years it would be one hell of a "superbowl" game for the Bills. Knocking off the Pats at home and outta the playoffs would be one hell of a boost for that team.

 

I didnt think about it this way. But that's fairly true. I mean if it lined up that way the bills would have something bigger to fight for than they may have against us today

 

However remote it may seem now a win today and a loss by the patriots makes this a real possibility. The Bills have nothing to play for at that point and you know this would be a "season saving win" for them and the Pats will have their backs against the wall getting Buffalo's best effort. Key is WE MUST WIN THIS GAME TODAY!!! To keep hope alive.

 

We're going to play our way in, forget backing in with help. I'd rather go to Cincy than Baltimore I suppose, but that can be settled next week. Always root against the Pats.

 

I don't think ive felt more confident in a win all season. Today this team is going to flat out abuse them. It's also to the point where im tired of seeing flaccos stupid face and the ravens altogether. But we will see who to root for after our game today.

 

Yeah, so many "playoff summaries" fail to mention the Dolphins with anything but a footnote, if at all. I think most just assume we won't make it. That's fine. I am actually in the same boat as you. I expect to win and win big today. I just get that feeling about the make up of this team. I think, when we do make the playoffs, nobody will want to play this team. We could be very dangerous. Won and lost a lot of 4 quarters, fight to the end games. This team doesn't have any quit in them. Those of the teams that can get hot in the playoffs and make "magical" runs!!!

 

I just want to make it. Get me to cinci round 1 and watch us unload on them.

I want the Dolphins to win their next two games and earn a spot in the playoffs. So I don't care who wins the game between the Patriots and the Ravens. The fact is that if the Dolphins lose to the Bills today or the Jets next week, they really don't deserve to be a playoff team. I can never root for the Patriots to win a game, so the Dolphins just have to take care of business if they want to be a playoff team this year.

Rooting for the most physical game of the year. I think Pats pull it out, but we have to take care of our business.

 

Whether or not we make the playoffs, this is the closest we've been to contention in awhile and it just feels good to simply be relevant again.

 

I am rooting for Miami, balt, and KC today that's what we need to get one step closer to the 2nd seed

 

As for me. I will be rooting for the PATs to lose out! Period! We will win out, no excuses. Dolphins AFC Champs! Super Bowl? Why not! We The Best! Phins Up baby.

 

If we win today, then I wouldn't mind seeing the Ravens win to possibly get a chance at winning the division.

However if we lose today, we should definitely root for the Patriots to win.

 

Seriously, what does a tie mean as far as playoff implications for the Phins in the unlikely event of a tie between these jokers?

 

And a Chargers win, if I'm not mistaken.

hurt his knee. Out a few plays. Moore threw a 50 yard pass then INT then he came back when we got the ball and did nothing. Punted, they scored, kept him out since game was pretty much over anyway
