you havent listened to espn lately for they have completely wiped the 72 dolphins off the one of thr greates teams regardless of wheather they won the super bowwl and went undefeated .

John Stachour was pimping the patriots as the best team followed by the colts followed by this years Packers team and he keeps bashing Mercury Morris .

I would bet you that if Miami were to go undefeated next year that they wont mention Miami as going undefeated . whixh would make me very happy,

That's odd because when I went to the Dolphins/Chiefs game back in 2008, Chiefs fans were pretty nice.

I grew up in Kansas and attended many Chiefs games at Arrowhead. IMO, their fans are idiots. I will say this though, they do know how to tailgate!

I don't think it's arrogant to be proud of that accomplishment from 1972 and until someone else does it screw those who feel it is something to feel bad about.That said,it's time for the franchise to be relevent again.

 

Glad the Pack lost today. Glad we are still, the ONLY team in NFL history with a perfect season!

 

Its had to win every game in the nfl. I really don't care when i hear people say they had an easy schedule, played less games, ect... first we had to win playoff games on the road despite having a better record then the steelers and we lost Griese so we did it without our starting qb for a good part of it. I'm still proud that Miami is the only perfect team in the nfl. 85 Bears were great but not perfect. 2007 Patriots were amazing but not perfect, not even champions, and now the 2011 Packers are a great team but they wont be perfect. Nobody's Perfect....except the 1972 Dolphins. They were Perfect!

As to the Fins...I also revel in the knowledge that NO other team in the Super Bowl era can boast a perfect season... Being a really old fart myself, I was there...

That said, I'll be tickled pink when we start getting back to prominence.... One thing the younger guys missed from our beloved Fins is just how great a coach Shues was...It's amazing he did what he did for as long as he did...

Ah, well, that's enough nostalgia for now...when will we hire a new coach ??
