i think merling is another player on the dolphins who gets too much flak. he's a decent player and its why i think he gets a B-. I actually think thats a fair grade.Stitches likes this.

its funny, i kept reading how he is much improved this offseason and in a sense its true. he went from sucking so bad that you cant even play him to being good enough so that he can suck on the field all game longMarinePhinFan likes this.

Nah, Merlin is a C student at best adamp, way to inconsistent for the number of snaps he played in the last two seasons, maybe the time off will allow him to heal his body and get his mind right as well.
Dude needs to grow up a bit and understand this is not a given, everything is earned. -
Some flashes of Merling are A+. Overall, I agree with a C. Maybe he will grow up and be a force next year. We shall see.
