The first one to decline an interview .Will there be more ? Do you buy the theory that he declined because the hiring of Sparano is a foregone conclusion ?

Sprarano will be your HC. That his how the staff is lining up. Now the question is does the league crack down on Tuna or not.
-
That's the big question going on here! -
NyPhinfan likes this.

Frazier's career doesn't end here, he was smart to go through with the experiance.
if he knocked Ireland's socks off maybe he lines himself up for an interview with the Skins
the Rooney rule is flawed but it does have some benefit -
I agree because Parcells probably did not have any relationship with Frazier before this interview but now he does and may be considered again in the future. -
That I agree with but making an Offer and accepting the offer to a coach under contract that has not ended their season with no approval from the other teams owner is a violation. -
-
If you're afraid to interview then you can't get the job, plain and simple.
He can only learn by going through the interview process. What if Sparano gets seriously ill, or decides to take another J.O.B.?
Laissez-faire, means the gov't should stay the puck out of private business baby!
Tony Dungy, Denny Green & Art Shell didn't need any Rooney law to get their head coaching jobs. -
Because may have already offered a coach under contract with a team that season is still going on a job.
The fact that the staff (your QB coach) from Ole Miss is exactly what Sparano would have wanted can show that there has been coverstaion and acceptance, with No approval from cowboys owner.
I am not talking about the Rooney Rule here -

thats a win-win
