Why wouldn't he look at the camera? Maybe he thought it was a radio show?

 

My guess is that he as looking at a television screen of the interviewer speaking to him and that's just where the TV was placed. Just my guess... it doesn't look intentional.

 

At least he bothered. When was the last time Sparano stepped in front of a camera?

 

I'am wondering his thoughts after he studies the film on Henne from last year and this year..I actually feel OK at the position with Moore and Henne, and going after our Rookie..

maybe he lets the two compete.

 

Because he can't see on his end who he's looking at with that feed.

 

Who cares why he didn't look at the camera? Dolphins fans just have to find a negative in everything.

I like his demeanor and composure.

That wasn't the demeanor of a man who can't handle pressure. He just lost a child and accepted the opportunity to run a pro-franchise in one of the most intense sports in the world, but he did that interview very naturally.

 

Reading too much into a simple question. Normally on NFL Network the person being interviewed appears to be looking at the camera. Maybe just a technical thing as others suggest. I just found it odd. Not suggesting it has anything to do with his coaching ability.

 

I like him, and I fell he will be here for the long run. Go Phins!

I said this in the Club Level, and I'll say it again here.
This is the most excited I've been about a Miami Dolphins coaching hire since Jimmy Johnson.
It feels good.

 

His response to the QB position was "I think both guys did some really, really good things," but I fully expect the starter this year to be Matt Flynn.

Being a first year HC is difficult enough, but having Matt Moore as starting QB...brutal!

Sorry DJ but I disagree. I don’t think Henne is smart enough to be a quality QB or savvy enough to cover up that short coming. He’s never won 3 games in a row or thrown more TDs than INTs in a season. As shaky as Moore is, he’s done both twice.

I expect a FA and a draft pick this year and Moore has proven to be better than Henne. IMHO

I mostly agree, I asked what he would think after watching the tape, not that he should be our starter..would he feel like me where he doesn't blame the Qb for starting out 0 and 4..
