Our legal system is a joke IMO if that is what crosses the line from extended probation time ans community service to jail time.shula_guy, Aqua4Ever04, MikeHoncho and 3 others like this.

I agree with that, but Chad needs to have some respect for the judge, his attorney and the process. He was there for a plee arangement for domestic violence. Last thing he needs to be doing is smacking his attorneys ***.
Was the attorney a female? -
I think the attorney was male.
Tapping someone on the butt is a pretty common "good job" in sports (Johnson was a NFL receiver afterall) which is why I think the judge overreacted.
I'd be fine with an original sentencing of 30 days in jail but based on the order that the events took place... this is stupid IMO.Tone_E likes this. -

It didnt help his cause that the entire court room burst into laughter.....he wanted to be funny....too bad.

Weird. She was praising the attorney, it was almost like a celebratory reaction to her comments and verdict.
Then the court room laughed.
Then she got butt hurt.
This system is a joke. They should be laughing in there.
30 days for hurting some broad's feelings.Tone_E likes this. -
Well in her defense, he made her butthurt, made a mockery of her job while hurting her feelings. And he didn't even buy her drinks!

Does not appear as though the baliff was as upset as the judge.

I think he apologized right after she scolded him saying his life is in shambles and he just tries to keep a smile on his face... something to that effect.rafael likes this.

Ocho is a genuinely good guy. He doesn't get people paralyzed at a strip club. No, he buys masses of people movie tickets. Takes random couples from twitter out to eat. He helps get a homeless guy back on track, or at least enjoy his life a little with some celeb status. He flies a mourning widow to his wedding a week before it happens because of a tweet response. And after all of these nice gestures, this b!tch of a judge superficially passes judgment on the guy for a harmless act of praise - one that is commonplace in a sport that Ocho has been participating in all his life. The US legal system IS a joke. This is but one example, and an insignificant example compared to how many lives the system has already ruined due to BS practices, policies, and sentences.

I can't help it. I love this guy
