I was pretty amazed at that fact. Who would have thought that with a good amount of light it can help people to cure their illness.
You guys have to stop believing everything you read on the internet. That statement you quoted is complete and utter garbage. the conclusions in the article are rubbish.
Maybe...What part is rubbish? What about curry curing throat cancer in mice? That was reported on BBC. There's so many claims (hyperoxygenation, ayurvedic, etc.) it's difficult to sift through the pseudoscience...
well the part about destroying 99% of a cell and having it recover under any means is rubbish. There is something to curry, specifically, curcumin. It's been something widely regarded as beneficial for a long time. I actually have friends doing a lot of research on the subject for various ailments, including cancer. It's the broad generalizations you have to ignore. someone claiming that something simple as UV light as a treatment for cancer is either an idiot or just trying to garner attention. there will NEVER be a cure all for cancer in our lifetime. there are over 200 types of cancer. even the best treatments today work only against a few. the next step in the evolution of cancer treatment is keeping the tumors from spreading or metastasizing, keeping in mind that <10% of cancer related deaths are due to the primary tumor. most cancer patients die of the cancer spreading to lungs, liver or bones, areas that typically have high levels of expression of certain receptors that the cancer migrates to. there's a lot of solid science that shows that this is possible.
