Yes Vontae really broke up a pass in the end zone intended for Brandon Marshall, looked at him and punted the ball while yelling.
I'm sure they were having a laugh about it.
Marshall had already opened the door to that by punting the ball after a TD just to show the press that they're making WAY bigger a deal out of it than certainly anyone on the team is, including the head coach.
after Marshall hit Fireman Ed he'd have only looked like he was about to cry and maybe give him a shove a stroppy four year would do in the playground..
...and yet the Head Coad turns a blind eye to an issue which is CLEARLY tearing the team apart from the inside... LMFAO
What did Marshall eat to make flames come out of his butt?? I would like to do that someday. I have a couple of people around my way I would like to light up, via the flaming football....
I must say, I'm becoming a fan of all this punting.
Just like the eagles do the bird dance, and the giants did the basketball shot on defense when strahan was there, we should punt the ball after a score.
:)
We're gonna need a lot more balls, but I think all in all, fans (sitting in the club level and 300-400) will love it when the Dolphins score.
I might start bringing WR gloves to games to catch a few.
Am I the only one that noticed that Marshall placekicked the ball in the video CK provided? I'm not sure the video was real. Fireman Ed was far to intelligent, I suspect some sort of video doctoring..
Sparano: "Yeah, I have seen him do it, several times in practice, but come game time, I'm not -- I got bigger fish to fry, I wouldn't
worry about that, my expectation is to never see him do it in a game" Sparano said. "[I mean] if he does it then and he only does it 1 or maybe 2 times max, I'm okay with that."
:pointlol:
I think we need a brigade of Fin Fans to attend some practices, each bring a few old footballs, and whenever Marshall makes a catch, all punt the ball towards him or Vontae, from the stands. That'll give the press something to really fret about.
