According to NFL.com, it is a rumor that could happen. So what do you think about this? Do you think this would happen?

Wallace is a one trick pony. I'd rather trade Matt Moore for James Jones.

Not sure I understand the desire to move Reggie tho. Guys done nothing but good for us -
I would have the paperwork submitted, signed, sealed, and approved by the league before the roofie wore off.

Reggie Bush is my current favorite Miami Dolphin and I would be devastated to see him go.
That said: RB is a plug and play position. Mike Wallace is a #1 WR we desperately need. I'd be torn, but objectively speaking, I think the trade would favor us and I doubt Pittsburgh would do it straight up.
Edited: Read the article. 100% speculation and will never happen.xphinfanx, Bpk and dolfan7171 like this. -
In a goddamned heartbeat. Bush is pretty good. Wallace is fantastic

Actually wouldn't be a bad trade.
The sad part would be letting Bush go. His leadership and work ethic has been really good this season. -
It's Pure speculation. I love Reggie but DT seems like a new back that fits the Packers mold of a big guy who can catch. Lamar is a Reggie type back. If this was for real I'd be OK with it.

I like this too;

Dolphins, Tannehill could also greatly benefit from acquiring Packers WR Jones
Miami needs a wide receiver. Green Bay has depth at receiver. How about the Dolphins make a deal with the Packers for James Jones? He is better than any wideout on Miami's current roster and will know at least some of the system (seeing as new Miami head coach Joe Philbin spent the past five seasons as Green Bay's offensive coordinator). Jones has good size and strength, as well as above-average speed. He would be a valuable weapon for rookie QB Ryan Tannehill.
Miami could send a mid-round pick to Green Bay. Ted Thompson loves draft picks. Both teams help themselves.Bpk likes this. -
I'd live with it. Slaton could fill in for the year.

Daniel Thomas looked good tonight, make it happen.

Pat Kirwan was commenting today that the packers have good WR and will be forced to cut one them Like Jones, but a team ahead of them, like Indy should scoop him up first.
Rather than trade our only good weapon on offense, I would much rather trade less for JonesPaul 13 likes this. -

I like Reggie, supported the deal when we got him but he would already be shipped out if I was the GM. Hes coming up for a new contract at age 27, 28 at the end of the year and RB's only last til 30-31. Wallace has 3-4 extra years over Reggie based on that and receivers are probably harder to find than backs. That said, cap-wise we are up against it I believe. We would probably have to shed someone else..maybe a Tony McDaniel or a Matt Moore somewhere along the way for a pick.

When you account for our relative depth at both RB and WR, it's a no brainer. Zero chance it happens, though.Boik14 likes this. -
I think the swap of Bush for Wallace is a better idea than giving a #1. If they want more than Bush, no way. This team can't afford it, imo. I would also be a lot more comfortable if I thought Thomas could stay healthy for a season. As stated, Jones for a lower pick is more amenable to me.
Many may not share this view, but as good as Wallace is, I just can't assume he will be the same player here. -
Bush 7 tds / 1382 receiving and rushing yards.
Wallace 8 tds / 1250 receiving and rushing yards.
No find a #&%$ing receiver and keep what little the offense has worth ADDING to to help make it better overall.
And this is behind Miami's/32 OL vs Pitts/24.
Plus Wallace thinks he needs Fitzgerald or Megatron Money to play? Come on man.Ohio Fanatic and MrClean like this. -
This is a no brainer really. Our WR's are pathetic in a passing league. Worst in the league by far actually. Reggie Bush is replaceable. Highly doubt it happens. The Steelers are a top notch organization that wouldn't make such a dumb move.
