It was VERBAL assault. Not physical. In England there are classifications of verbal assault. Class 4 is when it could escalate to physical.

Not doubting what you may have read, but all accounts I am reading say that there was an assault. Inside Edition is saying that there was a "scuffle" and describe it as a physical assault.
