Hot Damn, this one has potential. I like how they have it centered around another heroine.

Disney is book-ending the franchise. The last movie was the latest installment in the series, this is the earliest prequel. Looks good though, Vader should be in it.

Trailer looked good, though what the hell is that martial arts instruction for Stormtroopers? And was it just me, or was Darth Vader's breathing in there at the end? -

It looks good for sure. In making a movie set just before the original trilogy, they faced the interesting challenge of making it look like those movies, but new and cool at the same time, and it looks like they pulled it off. Its so awesome that we're going to get a new Star Wars movie every year for a while
Ohio Fanatic and Taco Bob like this. -
Rogue One ruled. The trailer for episode 8 looks awesome too.

I thought that it was excellent. Not an all time favorite, but a really good movie that I enjoyed a lot. -

Lucasfilm is saying that Carrie Fisher's death led to them scrapping what they were doing, and starting over with Episode 9. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out. -

This article compiles a lot of the stores about the change in directors for the upcoming Hon Solo movie. It really sounds like this was the best move for the franchise, and hopefully Ron Howard will do well with the project.
