Take it for what its worth
Dan Lebatard said Someone in 790 can remember his name overheard a conversation between Wayne and Bill that Sparano will be the dolphins next head coach and They would have to go through and interview process just to pretend but sparano will get the job.
Like I said just a Rumor take It for what its worth.
In my opinion I think this will happen regardless if the rumor is true or not.

no one has been fired yet
-
As long as we keep changing systems and coaches so often we'll NEVER win.
-
I still say we need a guy who had previous head coaching experience.
-
true, everytime u get a new head coach it sets ur team back a year (unless ur tony dungy).
but lets also look at how we were missing so many starters this year. we also had 5 rookies on offense. this was basically a "development" season for us. its as tho the coaches didnt care to win. BUT unless u didnt notice, the future looks real bright. Ronnie can run, Reagan can block, Beck shows potential, Ginn can catch, Camarillo can do well, Satele can block, etc.
the Cowboys are 13-3, so adding half their coaching staff better make us better. i wouldnt mind keeping Cameron as OC, but i dont think they can do that. if not, ill take Jason Garrett...but think, why would Parcells hire Sparano as HC, and Garrett as OC? it should be the other way around...so if Sparano is hired as HC, dont expect Garrett to come in.
next on the list, id like to hire Rex Ryan as DC. -
We need to fire Capers, Mularkey and Keith Armstrong ASAP!!!
-
there was talk about Parcells liking Garrett for HC. -
Obviously, the old system hasn't worked. Clean house, IMO. -
Garrett strikes me as being too soft. He doesn't act like a guy who'd crack the whip when he needs to.
-
Time to get excited about our annual NEW head coaching change!
-
-
-
wow, I didn't know that -
What do you mean "Back to square one"? When did we leave? Hell for that matter, when did we even get to square one? -
-

You make it sound like we've been calling for coaches heads every year and the organization keeps choosing to change coaches.
That is flat out FALSE.
Wanny was given too long here in fact. Theres a coach the intervention came a couple of years too late.
JJ and Saban left of their own accord not because the Dolphins wanted them gone.
You guys are playing up this Miami "coach" carousel too much.
The organization hasn't jumped the gun firing anyone.
This will be the first quick coach firing we've had and that's a fact. -

just to point out, I don't think we ever went to square 1. I don't think Cam/Mueller even thought about rebuilding until they traded Chambers. If we started from square 1, we wouldn't have the exact same staff we've had the last couple years with the main differences being a couple assistants. The Packers admitted to rebuilding, and it was quick, same with the Titans, and the Jags and Panthers were kind of on the same paths.
Capers needs to be gone because he wants to run a strict 3-4. We don't have the guys to do a 3-4. He also proved this year he couldn't (didn't want to) run Saban's D.
Armstrong should've been gone awhile ago. Had Welker not had the KO TD against the Ravens a couple years ago, he probably would've been gone.
I honestly think if Cam gets fired it is because the players don't respect him. -
I dont see why we just keep Cam. Another Rookie head coach is going to set us back even further. Cam had this offense doing good stuff when all of our starters were actually healthy. If it werent for the horrible defense and major injuries, we would have been decent, not 1-15.
-
To the people saying a new coach is going to set us back: How much further can we go back than 1 - 15?
Nobody likes the idea of changing coaches every season but CAM's coaching abilities are so questionable that we are forced to take that chance. -
I didn't have those overbloated expectations as some of the impatient fans do.
Stick with something for once please! -
So we should stick with someone who's incompetent!!
