I plan to wear it for all my interviews.

 

I hear Mrs Tannehill is equally committed to the franchise. She makes Dolphin sounds when Ryan moves up in her pocket.

I found three fitted Miami Dolphin hats at the goodwill the other day with the old logo on them. All are in great condition and for a dollar a piece I was able to buy all three of them.Two of them are Reebok fitted hats and the other is a New Era...

 

I doubt it. Chances are the new owner is an adult.

 

Compete utter nonsense. Change it again ? Not out of the realm of possibility.... But they're not going back to that crap. The real original would have been possible if it wasn't so outdated. But anyone clinging onto the dark ages,cartoon smirky dolphin is probably 12-24 yrs old and has never seen the phins wear good uniforms until now.

 

I guess we have nothing to ***** about, so lets get back to *****ing about the logo.

 

Not one time this season have I even thought about the old unis and logo. And as someone that abhorred the aqua pants, I really didn't mind them at all against Pitt. The uni looked pretty sweet in the snow

 

That's how I felt. I hated the new logo and uniforms at first, now though... I think theyre fantastic. Still dont love the logo, but I do like it better than the previous ones now. The uniforms now though... damn they look good on tv. I loved the aqua pants look against Pittsburgh. Even the all white, which I typically despised in the past, I really like now.

 

To be honest I hated the old aqua pants with a passion, they looked horrible and had a shine to them and I had said a few times that they might look better without the shine to them..well the new ones do look a lot better and I didn't mind them in Pitt. actually helped to see them better lol. I suspect they will wear them this weekend. I still like the white/white better but the new aqua pants are far better now.

If the team goes back to the old logo I doubt it would be that cartoon on they had since the mid 90's.

 

Highly doubt any logo change happens anytime soon, I feel most people really like the change.......and that trend will continue if Tannehill continues to improve and the team continues to win

I agree the new aqua pants are an improvement but I love the white/white combo way more still it's just very clean

Plenty of people respect the original logo design and think this new one is incredibly boring, lacking originality and quite frankly crappy.
I can assure you I will never wear anything with the new logo on it.

 

Absolutely. It was a complete 180 for me as well. At first I thought it was ridiculous, since our older has largely been intact for our entire NFL tenure, just a facelift in 1996 but the concept was the same. The re-imagining was hard to accept but once you gave it a chance and understood how modern and up-to-date the design is...you don't miss the old stuff as bad. It actually looks sleek and doesn't scream "NFL macho bravado" the way the Denver or Philadelphia does, but is still a strong symbol that to me seems to radiates defiance, perseverance, over-coming odds as the Dolphin is appearing to take to the surface in a prideful motion....what a fitting season for this logo to make it's debut, no?

NO DOT get my wrong though! That pissed-off dolphin will always be in our hearts...and who knows? He might return one day.....

Any respecting of tradition would need to be rocking the 70's logo...not the 90's.

 

Personally I love the new look. Clean, fresh, modern. I think they did a great job with rebrand, but to each his own.

 

The old one looks more like a SeaWorld billboard. SO the SeaWorld billboard did go.

 

Billboards can be cartoons.

 

Just because you like a Saturday Morning Cartoon, made for little children of a Dolphin in its most vulnerable position, that any other animal would kill it easily, while wearing a special needs helmet, no need to hate on people who have taste.

Absolutely LOVE that one. Maybe in 4 years haha...I like the new one, but it's nowhere near as cool as that one there.
