Those stones are the interesting part to me. I mean, nobody actually believes that a UFO would deliberately crash into a meteor.

the alien must have been drunk. and you people all condemn drinking and driving. for shame! :tongue2:
really interesting though. but why were these slabs just found? 100 years later? mmm -
Interesting, thanks for posting. I saw a special on the History Channel about that incident a while back, unfortunately they didn't mention the UFO theory.

I don't see why an alien wouldn't is the point of this post. Myself, if given the choice between saving a planet and watching them die.....I'd do whatever it took to save them.
You'd think a space craft would have some sort of weapon and wouldnt need to resort to that of course.Paul 13 likes this. -

Why wouldn't the UFO zap it with a laser instead of going all Jihad?

part of Obama's transparency thing. In a few months we'll find out michael Jackson was genetically engineered from biological goo from the area 52 materials. They missed a few numbers in the formula. -

You don't just aquire a spacecraft. You go through many technological stages. With more technology comes more responsibility and it's generally accepted that any race without sufficient capability to understand right and wrong would end up destroying itself far before it could ever take to space. -

The aliens could save us from the meteor, but they couldn't save us from the "No you di-int'" thread?
Some superior race they turned out to be. :pity:Colorado Dolfan, Frumundah Finnatic and unluckyluciano like this. -

Why do people assume that it had to be a suicide attack if this ridiculous scenario were true?
We have the ability to remotely control aircraft even in our "meager" civilization, why wouldn't an alien race(who would obviously be far superior to us if they can traverse the galaxy) have the ability to remotely pilot a spacecraft to do the dirty deed? -
The one question I now have in my mind is why would the aliens think that humans are worth saving?

I've read up on the Tunguska event ... it's something that has always fascinated me.
No one can really explain what happened. Best as I recall from what I've seen was that it was a comet that disintegrated as it hit Earth's atmosphere.
Though this theory certainly is infinitely more entertaining ...Paul 13 likes this. -

Off topic, sort of ... but the episode from the X-Files titled "Tunguska" is freaking awesome ... watching Krychek drink his tea at the end of that episode is a bit freaky.
