Interesting turn of events there.

Gotta love how everyone coming out of the NE organization in the last few years has failed miserably with the exception of Tom Dimitroff. In New England these guys are Gods but anywhere else they go they stink...kinda tells you how well the Pats organization is run or how badly things are run elsewhere.
-
Exactly.
-
Looks like the Chiefs are giving Reid all the power. Heckert time?
-
I was just going to say this......
The Pats are so successful because of 2 things and 2 things only......
1) The offense system they run........
2) Tom Brady....because that system is so complex you need an incredibly smart person running it, and they do with TB...
I dont even put BB in there, well partly because it is his system.....
I am dead serious with this...
When Tom Brady retires, and Ryan Mallet comes in and tries to run that system, it is curtains for them....NolesNPhinsFan likes this. -
pats are successful because they are innovative. That has more to do with bb then anything IMO.

All of that innovation, means diddly squat if Brady can't Brady.finyank13 and NolesNPhinsFan like this.

Thought so, there was no way Pioli and Reid could co-exist in the same organization.

Who the latest Demi God coach managed to believe was only worthy of being a back up until Marvin Jones forced him to play Brady.
Somehow being forced to Brady in makes Bellicheck a genius. -
I bring this up to my friends who are Patriot's fans and they all swear that Belichick loved Brady and was going to be starting him soon anyways. I honestly don't really remember it that well because I was only like 14 at the time but I find that very hard to believe.
-
They went 18-0 following that and went to two SB's. Didn't win sure, but went and were a few plays from winning both.unluckyluciano and Fin-Omenal like this.

That same Bill Bellichek went 11-5 with Matt Cassel because he has created a winning culture in foxboro. Do I like to admidt it? No. Would he be AS good without Brady? No. But the people who always reference his stint in Cleveland, and Tom Brady as the sole reason they succeed, I must say your sadly mistaken.
The man is a football mastermind and our lives will be much better when he and Brady retire.unluckyluciano likes this. -
I only like balding red headed men, who can't GM.
