I include it a lot in my notes but the practice was on the far field for some reason and I actually had to use twitter to figure out what just happened. I dont know why they practiced there but the visibility was awful... Here goes what I could manage.. :
Seabass' August 1st Training Camp Notes
Hartline has a helmet with him but is working on the sidelines with a trainer alongside Wallace. Starks is with the D-line group but without a helmet and not taking part of the drills. Odrick is also not taking part of the D-line drills. Seems to have just gotten hurt, looks to be in pain.
Kick return blocking looking good.
Two other players are practicing by Wallace and Hartline, too far for me to check numbers well. Seems to be Michael Clay and Cameron Marshall.
Wheeler drops a pass in LB drills that was right in his hands. No need to panic, but just something I saw
Of the four players on the sideline with trainer, only Hartline has helmet.
Time to see some O-line vs D-line battles (closer field)
Martin pushes AJ Francis from ehind and trips and falls
John Jerry handled Kheeston Randall easily
Martin beats Dallas Thomas
Soliai gets penetration through a 2v1 outside
Onyenekwu gets beat easy on a double team
Soliai giving advice to Chris Burnette who gets beat easily
Andrew McDonald controls Wake and pushes him back.
Hartline is standing on the sideline away from the trainers with no helmet and a sleeve on his left leg
Thomas is taking first team reps it looks like
Miller gets a nice run untouched for quite a few yards
Tannehill completes to Tyms deep on the left sideline
Tannehill completes to Tyms again on the left for about 15, wide open
The lack of Hartline and Wallace shows as no receivers get open anywhere on the field
Interception! Cant make out who it is but it might be Will Davis
Moore throws a nice pass on the right to I think Bumphis, who catches in the air but lands out of bounds
The ball disappeared and Will Davis has it now, did he get yet another interception?
I do not understand why the players are practicing on the far field where visibility to the players and numbers is limited
Devlin with a dump pass to Lane
I would like to apologize for not have written more plays that occurred but I either cannot see who made the play or I lose the ball (The LoS is right next to the crowd of players standing around) and they decided to practice on the far field today which makes it hard to see. The fans seem less interested in the plays as well with them practicing so far
Tannehill's pass is almost picked off by a defender who had it in his hands. I think it was Will Davis yet again
Vernon beats Martin and gets a sack
Moore to Collins for a touchdown
Tannehill to Miller for about 7 yards
Richard Marshall with a pick ending Tannehill's streak
2 minute drills beginning and it seems like more than half of the fans have left
Tannehill overthrows Gibson deep
Tannehill to Clay who catches but then drops it. Incomplete pass
Pressure on Tannehill from the left ( Martin was beat) and passes to Gibson for 15.
Devlin to Miller for 12
Carpenter making 50 yard field goals seem easy
Devlin almost fumbles but finds Gray for about 8 yards
Devlin to Egnew for 8
Deep touchdown pass to Pruitt to end the 11-on-11s
I left early because this was ridiculous and most fans seemed to agree with me because when I left it was pretty empty. If my notes about Will Davis were correct then he wins the day, I also didnt see Martin do as bad as everyone is saying. Hope youguys enjoyed my short notes this time.

Thanks Seabass! Ya, the far field is the worst. They do that to not completely wear out the close field and try to give it a break every once in a while... but it sucks when they do it.
Really appreciate you being our eyes out there and putting in the time/effort!seabass0795 likes this. -
