Sidekick to: The Hulk, Captain America, two incarnations of Captain Marvel and Rom
Advantages: Comic cred that comes with being sidekick to five different heroes; eventually developed powers of his own
Disadvantages: Caused Bruce Banner to become original Hulk by being in wrong place at wrong time; Ham radio enthusiast

Sidekick to: Flash
Advantages: Similar powers to his mentor. Straight shooter. First sidekick to take on his mentor’s identity.
Disadvantages: Health and power stability issues. Had to eat constantly to maintain metabolism.

Sidekick to: Green Arrow
Advantages: Quick shot. Hand-to-hand combat specialist. Became hero in his own right.
Disadvantages: Drug problems. Big time.

Disadvantages: Legendary dim-wittedness.

Advantages: Power of flight through moth costume. Often more intelligent than his mentor.
Disadvantages: Often mistaken for a bunny. Shy. Lacking social skills.
