12 WR Keenan Allen California Jr. 6-3 210
Dolphins general manager Jeff Ireland stated the obvious this week at the Senior Bowl: Miami needs more offensive playmakers to put around quarterback Ryan Tannehill. The receiver position is always a bit like picking your favorite flavor of ice cream, but Allen is a dependable and proven pass catcher who many believe is the most pro-ready receiver in the draft.

First off, this is a horrible mock draft. At this point I'd be fairly surprised to see 1 HB in the first round let alone 2. I doubt Ball even goes in the first 2 rounds. Also after the Senior Bowl I don't see any way Fisher falls to 16. Especially if Joeckel goes #1.
As for Allen, I've said it in other threads, he wouldn't be my top choice, but I could certainly live with him being the pick at 12. Probably won't ever be a star but I think has a very good chance to be a very solid WR that will contribute right away and fits the Dolphins system well. -
Wait...the Ansah at #12 bus hasn't left the station yet?!

I could certainly see AZ and Buffalo taking the best Qbs on their board in the top 10, I think it will happen depending on what they do in FA. I mean salary isn't a huge issue with 1st round picks anymore so why wait until Round 2 and hope your guy is there? Take him in the top 10 and best sure to get the guy you want. The rookie salary cap makes taking a Qb in the first round a lot less risky than in the past so why not if you're AZ or Buffalo? Granted if either one of them gets say Matt Flynn or Alex Smith, maybe Vick they won't be in the market but if not then I'd say its very likely. Warmack is in a lot of top 10-15 picks in a lot of mock drafts/player lists that I've seen.
