I have'nt been able to find out anything on Chatmans injury, Did we pick up Gado again? Will Booker get some carries? Just what we needed before our best chance to win a game. When it rains it pours.

Well, since Ricky wasnt' able to bring us a 200 yard game, I guess he's out. anyways....Patrick is going to go in and will provide somthing in the running game. If he's not capable to step in, then, he should not be on the team.
Booker?
You WANT a WR to get carries? -
I was thinking Lorenzo Booker .
-
I would say Cobb, and we either resign Gado or didn't we just sign some kid to our practice squad as a RB a few weeks ago. Logan?
-
Cobbs most likely will start and Lorenzo Booker on the 3rd down packages.
This is becomming a theme IMO . . . Roth/Vonnie went down . . . Moses and Rod Wright step up and shine.
Both safeties go down, Jason Allen starts to shine.
Now will this be Lorenzo Bookers time to step up and shine? -

Hmm this just in www.NFLupforparolehearings.com
"...A inside the courtroom observer noticed that two members of the Dolphins front office were attending both Cecil "the Diesel" Collins and Lawerance Phillips hearings they were there to offer contracts to either ex-player if they made parole...."
See, not all hope is lost......*
(this is satire folks, no attempt should be made to take this seriously..) -
Cam is just so darn cautious when it comes to playing our young players, LBooker is needed and it should be fun to actually see him get some snaps.
Cobbs should know the offense and Chatman's ankle looked fine Monday, so we may see him some as well. -
I was reading that Booker cannot block at all, and that is one of the reasons Cobb is playing a head of him.
You know the old say, its time to:w00t:or get off the pot for Booker. -
But he is the current reigning International Halo 3 tournament champion... -
I didn't like the pick from the beginning, tho I warmed up to it eventually . . . but its doesn't look good for Booker . . . he wasn't able to earn a spot on the return team, and now he can't get on the field as a RB . . . still too early to judge but it doesn't look good. -

Gado was re-signed
Also had this...

Puka-head My2nd Fav team:___vs Jets Club Member
Also, coach Cam Cameron said running back Jesse Chatman's neck is fine, and that he should be ready to play Sunday against the Jets.
That answers that. I guess we won't see Lo Book after all. -
It looked like Chatman wanted to come in and keep playing on Monday night, but the coaches opted to keep him out to be on the safe side.

As bad as it looks, this season may be a blessing in disguise for the Fins. We get to see young guys perform well and the character that this team has stuck together and stayed strong should be an inspiration for us all, and the fact that we are on here in the middle of the week, figuring out what we can do to get this thing turned around, shows the passion that we all have for this team.
We have hit rock bottom, but it will get better. It will be days and times like this we look back on when we have Rod Wright having 3 sacks in the Super Bowl and Jason Allen taking a INT back for a TD to win the thing. -
I was just out setting my lineups for the week and stumbled across a statemnt that I found interesting. Seems GADO is sharing snaps with CHATMAN. Is L. Booker really that much behind the curve?
-
I am glad we resigned Gado. I would like to see him on the field rather then Cobbs.
-
WHo IS this gado guy?

I am not all that confident in Chatman after the neck injury. It looked like a bit of a stinger when I went back and watched the replay of that hit he took. On the plays he did have, he just didn't seem to have it - could be me [yea, I know, I know].
Looks like Chatman will get the nod against the Jets. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3132307
PBP has us as slight favorites at home against the Jets. Usually you get at least 3 points for home team advantage, but a slight favorite is not a big nod of confidence.

Really... That is a bit of a surprize! -

He's also a very intelligent person, and if I recall correctly he is taking classes in the offseason to complete his doctorate in medicine.
2005 - Green Bay - 8 games / 143 carries / 582 yds / 4.1 YPC / 6 TDs
He averaged 4.0 YPC on only 54 carries last year with Houston. -
And Houston isn't exactly known for run blocking either, despite Kubiak's presence.
