    If someone has made a post that gives away the ending of a show the poster can add a spoiler bracket so those who dont want to know wont see it but those who want to know the ending can press the spoiler bracket to read it.

    you need to correct the spelling of the first "spoiler", and your spoiler text must be at least 5 characters long

    For those still confused, there is no button. You have to manually type in the BB code. As an overview, all BB code is preceded by a [some command] and followed by [/some command]. For the spoiler tag, simply replace "some command" with the word "spoiler"

    Keep these things in mind about spoilers

    (1) If you're subscribed to a thread which might contain spoilers, you may wish to unsubscribe: e-mail notifications of new posts don't hold the BB code, so you may see a spoiler you didn't want to see when you open an e-mail letting you know of a new post.

    (2) Don't quote a post if you don't want to see a spoiler contained in it. Again, the BB code won't hold in the reply window.

    That is all. Let me know if I've thoroughly confused you.
