Please understand this is the latest I could find, and it is dated 12/19/08. As I posted we in California went up just about a whole point.

 

I did some research into the latest unemployment numbers for some of the worst states with California, and here is what I have found:

Michigan-10.6%
Rhode Island-10.0%
