It could be true love, I don't know how long they've been together, but just looking at the situation from an outsider view of the timeline of events I'd have to say in my opinion it looks like the things a manipulative, gold digging ho would do.

She's got a typical fashion model figure. No hips and legs like twigs. Very cute face though IMO.
I'd rather have a somewhat more full figured woman of color personally. I think Indian ladies are overall the most beautiful. My current favorite is Freida Pinto, the actress in Slumdog Millionaire. :)

 

Though when you made your observation, you did not have all the evidence. Like you said, you did not know all the facts, or in other words, all the evidence. So, it isn't really prudent to make a negative observation unless one does know all the circumstances.
Give them both the benefit of the doubt until there is irrefutable proof of anything devious. They seem happy together, so wish the best for them.

It may seem that way, but then again, T-hill is a good-looking dude in his own right. Would probably pull arse like that if he was Ryan Tannehill, the bartender, or Ryan Tannehill, the UPS delivery guy. And I'm guessing he wouldn't marry her if he didn't trust her.
