BSG for sure.

 

I thought they stopped making new episodes of that.

 

Like 6 left unfortunately. Truly a great great show. Anyone who has doubts, like I did, should give the miniseries and a couple of episodes a try.

I resisted very hard to the show by the way. My buddy forced me to watch it, even loaded up my netflix queue. Been hooked since.

 

I don't know that BSG can be called "underrated" when it's a both a critical and popular success.

I'd say Secret Diary of a Call Girl...although it annoys the piss out of me that the episodes are barely 22 minutes long.

 

I definitely back Psych. Very funny show.

 

Burn Notice. 'nuff said.

 

Just started watching it last season. I love every character. I can't believe how great Allison Hannigan looks. I've watched her ever since she was on Buffy and she looks better than ever. NPH is...wait for it....awesome.

I also like Chuck. Its pretty solid from week to week.

 

Psych is a funny show. In my top 5.

Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia is my choice though. Hilarious program

 

i absolutly love PSYCH!!! Gus and Shaun are great! I also love Corbin Bernsen in that show!

 

Dexter, Shameless and Torchwood----Absolutely love them :up:

Easily the best show nobody watches. And because it takes place in space, it's always pawned off by the main streamers as a "nerd or geek show"

 

Exactly....I also like The Shield...but am unsure if they still make episodes

I actually started watching a few Season 4 episodes after making fun of mor and another bud for watchign this show... couple shows in I went and got season 1.. and went on a BSG season 1 Binge last 2 days.. Gonna Get season 2 3 and start of 4 soon and just go on anothe BSG binge..


Edit: Forgot to add, while BSG Is in space and there are "robots" and space ships I guess it has to be labeled a Sci-Fi Show, but Really its more of a Drama than anything.

The Cliff Hangers they leave you on are Epic.

 

My sons and I like Eureka which is a little known Sci Fi channel show .We are engineers and engineering students so we are into the nerdy aspects of the show which is about a town where the government performs high tech experiments which are not always succesful.

Two years ago I would have said Dexter but it has become very popular .I never thought I would like a series about a serial killer

Awesome show, just started watching and I love it. I'm trying to watch earlier seasons online.

My vote for best is Supernatural. Monsters, mythology, anthology, action, comedy, great, great show. To bad it's on the CW.

The GF and I have become addicted to Psych. Easily the best show no one knows about.

Not really a series, but its when that one show catches pedophiles, I simply can't stop watching that and cackling wildly every time a dirt bag gets nabbed.

And of course the most underrated show of all time...Futurama

 

Um...guys? The fact that this show was referred to as only "B.S.G." and you all immediately knew what it was kinda makes you all geeks, ya know. :tongue2:

BSG is more than a show... No joke, it's a following. I've converted several people to the way of BSG. It really is an awesome show.

i watched the debut of the cleaner but haven't been back since. i loved the show i just completely forgot about it.

the first 48 i have watched forever as well.

 

For really good shows I watch HBO and Showtime. You can't beat uncensored entertainment. As for basic cable and network TV, there are very few shows worth watching.

Another show I think is great that slips under a lot of folks radars is Flight of the Conchords.
