"According to a report from Dan Pompei of Bleacher Report, the Houston Texans are “trying hard” to trade the No. 1 overall pick and the Buffalo Bills could be a potential trade partner."
Interesting, who do they want?

If the Bills really are going for it I suppose it could be Clowney but there's just as much chance that it's Sammy Watkins, IMO.

Listen people may disagree with who they grabbed at QB but you have to let them play out their conviction. I disagree with the Bengals continuing on with Andy Dalton, but I'm not going to criticize every pick they make on the basis of how could you take that position when you're still so unsettled at QB. They believe in Dalton and they'll either come out right or wrong.
Sammy Watkins is one hell of a football player and would look great catching passes for them. He would look great opposite Stevie Johnson, with Marquise Goodwin and Robert Woods fighting for the #3 role. -
Rumors are rampant this time of year, but if true Id have to think Clowney. They could trade to 2 or 3 to get someone else.
-
I have a tough time seeing Clowney because they have a lot of defensive line and pass rush talent already. Jerry Hughes was a revelation and they have Mario Williams opposite him. They also have Manny Lawson to rotate. They have Marcell Dareus and Kyle Williams up front, and Alan Branch looked great.
Given past history I could see them being all about grabbing Greg Robinson and moving Cordy Glenn to right tackle. -

lol @ "EJ fricken sucks". The guy had similar stats as Tannehill did in his rookie season, in six games less played due to injury. Yeah he sucks alright, maybe we should cut Tannehill and draft Manziel then. As a matter of fact he was on his way to having more TD's passes than Tannehill, he was only 1 TD short of Tannehill's rookie season and he played six less games.

If the Bills want an offensive player it would be either Robinson or Watkins ... most likely the WR. I say this because they need a playmaker at receiver and the Rams are rumored to be interested in Watkins so Buffalo would have to trade ahead of the Rams to get him. If they want defense then IMO they go Mack to solidify the middle of their defense.

I don't know if the Bills want to give up the draft picks which would be required to move from nine to one. They would probably be better off staying at nine, since they will be able to get a quality starter with the ninth overall pick.
If the Bills can get decent QB play in 2014, they are probably the team which will be the biggest threat to the Patriots in the division. They have better overall talent on their roster than the Jets or Dolphins at this time and if Emanual can improve in his second year in the NFL, the Bills will be a legitimate playoff contender this coming season. -

So much love for the bills in this thread, gross. **** them. Improve our oline and we'll crush them.

And why are you acting like getting injured and missing 6 games is a good thing? The Bills o-line and running game were much better than Miami's and he still missed 6 games. What we've witnessed of E.J. is most likely close to his ceiling. Thad Lewis came in, over those 6 games, and put up better numbers than Manuel.
With this type of thinking the Dolphins were on their way to winning the Super Bowl last year until they lost 8 games. -

I'd also move up for WR Evans, or move down even for TE Amaro...unless of course Keller signs again. -
You guys are so inconsistent with your arguments, literally makes no sense at all. -
