Its a tough issue. If it wasn't for kids being involved I would come down pretty easily on letting these people practice whatever they want. But I've seen what just a normal divorce can do to a kid. I'm not sure I want a kid to go through something with multiple adults involved.

The problem is that we have the Exclusionary Rule that disallows any evidence discovered as a result of an illegal search or seizure.
We may collectively dislike excluding evidence that has been obtained illegally but it is the necessary 'evil' that protects the other 99.9% of us. -
Punish the guilty let the rest go free ASAP, the State of Texas has largely manufactured this episode, now they wish to drag it out for months and steal the property owned by the Church to pay for the situation that they have created.
Texas's problem is they are punishing the just and unjust exactly alike, and such tactics are anathema to our Constitution.Celtkin likes this.
