I had to get in on this auction stuff.......thanks paul.
He won't be moved for sure. I have price in my head, if it gets reached he will be dealt. Post all offers in this thread.
This will only last a couple days. If I don't get what I want he will be taken off the block.

Post all offers here.

i'll offer a flamethrower.
-
Close. But I'll need a little more.
-
Hey, I'm just trying to get way more than my player is worth by having an auction.
Seems to be working for others. -
-
It's still an auction. He will go to the highest bidder, provided the highest bid reaches my minimum requirement.Fin-Omenal likes this.

If I'm going to ruffles feathers by trying to have an auction, then I won't.
I don't need to trade Manning. Hell, I don't even really want to. I've just spent the last week watcihng teams lose their frikkin minds bidding in these auctions, I thought I'd try. And Eli seemed to be my best bet. -
Vince Young and a 2nd rounder
-
That's not gonna work.
-
OK. Auctions is off. Mostly because I couldn't be bothered. Too busy in the FA threads.
If anyone has real offers for Manning I will entertain them.
Don't bother sending an offer of less than 2 draft picks. And at least one of them should be a first rounder. -
Bump.
That's right, Eli is back on the market. If you need a QB I got one for you!Paul 13 likes this. -
Offer of a flamethrower still stands.
-
Offer is still tempting, but it doesn't really fill a need.
I'll have to pass. -
Did your price drop or is this just a refresh?
-
Luck will not be needed.....
-
Just a refresh.
Gonna need at least a 1st rounder. -
Suddenly, I sense a Philip Rivers auction thread on the horizon...
-
Really? What makes you think that's the offer I take?
-
You don't have to take the offer for there to be a Rivers auction....:shifty:

We congratulate Carolina on their acquisition of Eli Manning... while we thought it was a good idea to seek out Eli and perhaps rewrite history if the price was right.. Carolina paid more than we were willing to offer since Archie still doesn't like San Diego. We have now assured Rivers that as long as Cutler stays in Denver, he'll face him twice a year... that was enough to appease him... oh and a new contract on the horizon didn't hurt...
