While one of the greatest athletes to ever call Miami home, D Wade is even better off the court. He brought championships and camaraderie to the community. We love you, Flash. All the best.

Not only professional sports, but the world needs more people like Dwyane Wade. A true class act in a time where they are hard to come by.

Congrats on a fantastic career, Flash!

My 2nd sim on tankathon had Miami jump 11 spots to #1 and NYK dropped to 3rd. I would never sin again.

Abort sim. Abort sim. That is a direct order lol. My team needs Zion (or at the very least RJ).

They might be able to get RJ at 3 depending on who gets #2.

It would be pretty great of the basketball gods to let the Heat win the lottery, and end up in the top 4. They were a team that should have been tanking, but won't ever let themselves, so they'd deserve it. The odds are crazy long, though, so it probably isn't happening. If not, I'm hoping someone like Garland or somehow Reddish falls, but I'd be looking at all upside with guys like Bol, Langford, Porter, Dombouya, and Little. One guy that's rising, and supposedly they like is PJ Washington. He would be a good fit, although he doesn't probably have the upside of the other guys.

Jarrett Culver is a guy who i think you will now see in the top 6 or 7. Fantastic 2 way player who could end up similar to a player like Kawhi Leonard just not quite as big and strong.

For what my team needs its Zion, RJ and a big drop off to Reddish Morant or Culver imo as the 1st 2 have megastar potential.

Well...it looks like my Orlando Magic made the playoffs. Woot! Not sure how we'll do, but we have been playing really well lately, so I hope we can give the Raptors all they can handle. :-)

Yeah, I like Culver a lot, but I don't see him falling to Miami if they don't move up in the lottery. Agreed about Zion and RJ, but I think Morant could be really good, too.

    Is it Tuesday yet?

I'm ok with picking the guy that fits best with KD & Kyrie. If that's RJ? So be it.

Morant could be really good but im assuming my team is getting Kemba or Kahwi or rolling with Smith/Ntilikina moving forward. Seems redundant

As a long suffering Phoenix Suns fan, it's been difficult to keep up with the NBA in the last few seasons because we've been so poor for so long now that it's difficult to find the spark to keep watching. If we slide into that #1 slot for the lottery though, then things would definitely change.

If anyone knows of anybody insanely rich however who wants to own an NBA side, then please send them in Phoenix's direction soon. Whilst Sarver is our owner we won't be sniffing the playoffs.

As a fan of 4 teams, 2 of which have awful owners (Mets and Knicks), another 1 of which only recently got a good owner (Islanders), and the 4th (Dolphins) I could take or leave), i feel your pain brother.

I’ve been saying this for years now. We play hard, we don’t tank, we deserve to jump up. Alonzo even looked genuinely surprised and disappointed when we didn’t jump from 14.

I’m still excited for the lottery, but it’s BS.

    WEST
    Round 1 Winners?
    1 - Warriors
    2 - Rockets
3 - Blazers (My mind says Thunder will own this matchup but I can't get away from the idea that the Blazers somehow pull off the win)
4 - Spurs (again, my mind says DeRozan and Aldridge have yet to prove they can perform in the playoffs and the Nuggets win it, but just maybe the Spurs can find a way to win over the inexperienced Nuggets)

    Round 2 Winners?
1 - Warriors (if only it were the Rockets!)
    2 - Blazers

    Conf. Final Winner?
    1 - Warriors

    EAST
    Round 1 Winners?
    1 - Bucks
    2 - Celtics
    3 - Sixers
    4 - Raptors

    Round 2 Winners?
1 - Bucks (Giannis is incredible, little confidence in the Celtics cohesion)
2 - Raptors (Sixers just aren't going to work as constructed).

    Conf. Final Winner?
1 - Heart wants Bucks, mind says Raptors, so I'll go Raptors.

    NBA CHAMPIONS?
-- Raptors vs Warriors? Warriors, but I would love a different champion this year.

Dude if Boston and Tampa lose we have a real shot at the cup. I wish Trotz would coach the Dolphins through January and then go back to coaching the Islanders February through June

Thanks! Honestly, I was surprised that we were still in it come the 4th QTR. They have a very good offense, and their defense is every bit as good, if not better than ours. We are going to get hit in the mouth Tuesday night. We just keep fighting. It will be interesting to see if we can pull another one out. :-)

I don’t care if I seem petty: I’m glad Cousins turned down the Pelicans’ 2/40 million offer. Cause that body is a ticking time bomb. We dodged a bullet there.

31 point comeback win by the Clips against GSW in Oakland. So proud of my old Rockets (Beverly, Harrell, and Lou). Outstanding.

I turned it off when it was in the high 20s early in the 3rd. I didn't realize they were coming back until I saw they were down by ten.
