Ive never seen anything like it, Harrell is as cool in the pocket as ive seen in a while, unofficially the number 1 QB taken IMO. heisman winner definetly.
Crabtree is freakin ridiculous...You guys have to watch closely but iam tellin ya, the guy is so good he does'nt even look the ball into his hands, he snatches and turns better then anything ive ever seen out of a college receiver prospect. Better at this stage then Calvin Johnson.
I predict 1 and 2 in the heisman....what a matchup against the sooners coming up.
If you wanna know how good Harrell is just watch him when he throws that ball to win the game against texas again, tremendous pressure on him, game on the line, he sits in the pocket, waits for the route, beautifully sets his feet and delivers a perfect pass.
Iam watching these two play in awe.

He'll get competition for the Heisman in his own league. One of the Big 12 Qb's will win it though.
McCoy and Bradford will get plenty of support.
The amazing thing about Crabtree is that he hasnt even been playing WR that long -
Tebow is coming back in the mix for the Heisman .He is a better QB this year than last year and if the Gators win out and win the SEC and play in the National championship he could win again IMO.
There is still a lot of season left yet.azfinfanmang likes this. -
He could have had 10 TDs today .He had 5 already and could have easily scored another easily but he unselfishly gave the ball to Harvin who then fumbled it .
They pulled him at the end of third quarter  -

He is a great runner and he has become great passer too.Very accurate and a big arm and his leadership is unquestionable. -
I dont see Tebow winning again. It'll take more than his team playing for the National Championship, especially since he'll most likely be playing one of the Big 12 QB's that is probably ahead of him in the race atm.

you say nothing you seen before a lot, and why do you never space "iam"?

Crabtree is good but not better than Calvin coming out IMO.Stitches and azfinfanmang like this. -
It sucks that Shonn Greene isn't getting the credit he deserves, I think he should be in the Heisman mix, but it's all about McCoy, Harrell, and Crabtree... Oh and those UF fans just HAVE to bring up Tebow... :wink2:
With all due respect to the others, having 1,200 yards rushing with a 6.2 YPC and 11 TD thus far is Heisman material, IMO. Not to mention he's the only RB to have ran for 100 yards in EVERY game this season.
Personally I think Harrell or Crabtree deserves it because they're playing well and their team is undefeated, but hopefully after the PSU upset, Greene gets a bit more recognition for Heisman.. -
-
I think Javon Ringer deserves more heisman attention than he's getting if we're talking about Big Ten RB's who arent getting enough credit. He carries that team, has 1500 yards rushing and 18 TDs. Guy is a machine.

Tebow running has been restricted and winning is the main effort this year.
The ball gets spread around to a myriad of weapons and Tebow is being taken out of games when the score is very lopsided as it has been most of the year.
I am just saying he is back in the running and will garner a lot of votes.
As it is now Harrell seems to be the big favorite -

That is total number of team passes vs rushes.
In years past, those rushing #'s would be in the teens. They are passing less than normal, but when you get so many snaps on offense you're going to accumulate a lot of pass attempts. I don't find anything wrong with them passing at a 2/1 ratio, considering it used to be 3/1.
I mean how many teams average like 80 snaps on offense a game? -
Harrel's stats arent that much better than the other QB's in the Big 12.
Harrel - 4,077 passing yards, 36TD 5int, 71.7 comp% 6 Rushing TDs
McCoy - 2,879 passing yards, 28 Td 7 INt, 78 comp%, 449 rushing yards 7 TD
Bradford - 3,406 passing yards, 38 TD 6 INT, 67.9 comp%
Harrel is in the lead for the Heisman atm, agree w/ that. But if Bradford lights up TT defense and OU wins the game that can easily change.

I've stated in the past that I thought that we have a weak QB class coming out this next year and that is still true overall but the 3 or 4 top guys are much better than I thought they would be (given that 3 may come out earlybecause of the Money thing). And there are teams that sure do need a QB so these guys will go high, I believe. (Harrell, McCoy, Bradford, and Tebow)
