**** the ****ing Jets. Cutler's plan to just sit on the bench for $10 Mil worked.
I was wrong!!! I predicted "I'm looking forward to a convincing 31 to 17 victory for Miami".
Well, I got the most important thing right - WE WON!!!!!
Matt Moore is the new Jet killer, in Ted Ginn's absence.
As a member of the dolphins since 2011, he's steered Miami to victory against the jets 4 out of 5 times/games when he's heavily involved --- this win is the sweetest one yet out of those.
Hahaha. Good. **** ‘em,
Will the REAL MATTIE ICE please stand up, take a bow, and just quietly smile and not say a word. I'll say it for you.
YOU SHOULD HAVE STARTED OUT WITH ME YOU ****S!!!
And just turn and walk back into the film room to get ready to help this team beat those un potty trained Maven mofo's
I agree, but even if we lose this game, Gase is the best head coach we had since Nick Satan
He's a better pro coach than Saban.
Did Pouncey come back for the comeback? I didn't notice. Seems his back-up has been better. Pouncey had two killer penalties before leaving with an injury.
Last week they started playing better when Pouncey left with a Concussion against the Falcons.
I know Causation vs Correlation, but still.
I will say, they had a drive going before the McCain INT and the Jets teed off on Moore. But I think those were more mistakes by backs than the O-Line.
Pouncey played all game that particular theory (that the O-line is better without Pouncey) has been discredited as recently as last week.
He didn't play all game. He left the game but did return.
the theory goes that Pouncey was hurt, replaced and the team played great the rest of the game. That is false. He was hurt and was out a couple plays, came back in and the team won. Pouncey started and finished the game, the team rallied while he was playing.
That's fine. But he also had two awful penalties. I
really didn't know if he came back or not.
What does it read?
Pouncey didn't have a great game against the Jets' interior DL, but I don't think Jake Brendel would have fared any better.
That was the main contention last week, that Brendel's play would be better than Pouncey. The evidence in the Atlanta game was that Brendel < Pouncey, at least when it came to the running game.
One penalty (Blocking in the back) was BS. Even the announcers thought so.
Freaking GREAT Official Gameday Thread. Thank you DK!
Yeah, I think the people have spoken.
