His family will be there, too. Kill me.

Yeah but do we know if they'll give us everything they have?

And the funniest thing? If the Ravens lose (forbid it), we're going to be rooting for him.
In all seriousness, I'm happy for him.Tone_E, Larry Little and MikeHoncho like this. -

I guess Ted Ginn was the happy medium between Brady Quinn and Patrick Willis.unluckyluciano and GreysonWinfield like this. -
Why should we care his family is going to the Super Bowl? Did I forget something?

Because we drafted them back in 2007, and they've been in the league ever since.Germanfinfan, eltos_lightfoot, dolfan32323 and 1 other person like this. -
Also, looks like not firing Sparano, Ireland, and not doing whatever it takes to get Harbaugh was the right move.

On the bright side: The QB we passed on in 2008 can only make it as far as the conference championship. Such a loser.

Better than Matt Ryan going to the super bowl.

Hope they have plenty of room along the sidelines!
I know I'll be rooting hard for him if they play the Patsies!!! -

anqun Boldin and wes welker are studs can you imagin how good we could have been if we had Boldin as the#1 Welker #2 and my boy Chambers as the #3 wr and Tannyhill throwing to them add a rb like whoever is the stud rb this year and we could have been a superbowl caliber team but oh well its good to dream because reality suxs right now. -

How do we know Ross didn't offer him the kitchen sink? The bottom line is he was never coming here no matter what. He wanted to stay in Cali, and knew that the 49ers had a lot better of a core to work with. Some superstars even... -

The Ravens are going to the Harbowl!

Brady really crapped the bed in the 4th today

Coming out I had Ryan rated as potentially a borderline franchise QB. Earlier this year he looked like he was going to surpass that evaluation. Of course a big part that was his outstanding receiving corp. I like Ryan, but I don't think he has as much upside as many of the guys in this last draft. I had RT graded higher than I had Ryan in their respective drafts. I think that by year three RT can be as good as Ryan is now provided of course that they give him weapons that are closer to what Ryan has.

Ginn was over drafted for sure but he's been a solid return guy in the league for years. Its not his fault that our front office had a 3rd/4th WR/Return Guy rated in the top 10. Good for him, he's never been a bad guy in the league.
There isn't much use bringing up the Harbaugh fiasco anymore, yeah its obvious that Ross should have fired Sparano at the very least and probably Ireland too if he wanted to have a legit shot at Harbaugh, no one that can get a good job in the league is going to walk into that mess. Ross screwed that one up, could he really have gotten Harbaugh? We will never really know but it was still bush league to go after him while our current coach was still employed as a fall back in case it didn't work out. -

Every year we hear about the passion and fire Cowher & Gruden still have until they turn down every job they are offered, then we're told they are happy in the booth. If they are happy, why are they talking to teams or if they want to coach why do they turn down every offer?
Was it ideal? No. Did it really hurt the chances of landing Harbaugh? I seriously doubt it.fins4o8 likes this. -
