I think you may be on to something here, i spent like 7 years at the other place and the Fin's never made it to the playoffs.

The vibe is much better here and now it looks like the karma is as well.

And i'm not drinking ether.

Let me take my hat off to the phins.com staff. They invested a bunch of money into a discussion board about a 1-15 football team. Thanks for offering an alternative to the other place and thanks for not banning me.

Correlation does not equal causation, but may the Dolphins make the playoffs every year the thephins.com is in existance!

 

What a great year!!! 2008 the year the PHINS shock the NFL and I find a home with great people with which to share!! Live is gooooooooooooooooooooooooooood!!!!!!

I'm way slow, but I just noticed the snow and holiday cheer on the page header. Another subtle but nice touch from the staff. Makes it more homey every day...

 

I had a great feeling about this site when it was celtkin.com. I am glad everyone decided to stick around and move over here.

i was at FH since 2001. we made the playoffs a few times but with the wannestedt dolphins it became predictable. then the trolls and roamers started piling onto the site to waterdown the content just as the dolphins were being watered down some more by saban and then drowned by cam-cam. then came thephins.com and bill parcells and the rest is history :up:

 

Last week I did spend some time lurking to other sites, Jets mainly, the difference between their sites and our is paramount, beside the knowledge with is incredibly high in here, but what did really strike me the most is the respect that we have among each other.
thePHINS is absolutely the best site hands down.
