All 3 were to wide open Bills players. Can't wait for this year to end and for him to go. His demeanor and body language is of someone who just doesn't really care or lead his team.

I thought the same thing. Usually when you have 3-pick games there's a bad route involved, a receiver tipping the ball or something- today it was all Cutler though. Add to that five fumbles/missed snaps and I don't know what to say- Marino should have hooked him up with some Isotoner gloves or something.
-
I was more disturbed by his laid backed attitude during the closing minutes of the game. Instead of getting up to the line of scrimmage and running a quick paced offense, he instead used almost the entire time on the clock to run each play.
Of course Cutler gets paid $10 million dollars for this season, no matter what record the team ends up with. There is a reason the Broncos and Bears fans were happy to see Cutler leave their teams.
Fortunately Dolphin fans will only have to suffer though one year of Cutler as our QB.
Because if Gase decides he wants Cutler to come back in 2018 and compete with Tannehill for the QB job, I think it would be time for Ross to start looking for another HC. -

If that is the case, I don’t think any other head coach except Gase would have any interest in signing
Cutler after this season. If Cutler has zero interest in playing in 2018, obviously that makes my my comment irrelevant.KeyFin likes this. -
What makes the comment irrelevant is the repeated statements by Gase and others that Tannehill will be the starter next season.

So while I am going okay with him being the starter in 2018, I hope the Dolphins will select a QB in the 2018 draft who can take over for Tannehill by at least the 2019 season. Tannehill is what he is and now that he is coming off a serious knee injury and turning 30, it is time for the Dolphins to look for a new QB for their future, IMO.dolphin25 likes this. -
Only 2 more (now meaningless) games until we never have to see Cutler in a Dolphins uni. again. I've found a reason to celebrate the season. That and the Patriots win. Hurrah. It's good to be a Dolfan.

The one thing that worries me though is that Gase thinks very highly of Cutler and his guy instinct is to help him turn things around. I just hope he sees these last few games for what they are and accepts this as a 1-year band aid on a bad situation. I really, really don't want Cutler back.dolphin25 likes this. -
The next Phins qb is not on the current roster

Eh, john beck’s backward pass pick six still takes the cake.

Normally I am not quick to blame the QB based just on the stat line, but those were as about as WTF as you can get in the NFL. Add in the snap troubles, and you can say Cutler cost us this game. With 0 or 1 int, we win this game.

Jay cutler doesn’t belong on an nfl roster at this point. He’s no different than he’s ever been as a qb. Few good games to give hope followed by this. That’s jay cutler. This was a winnable game, that the qb literally threw away.

I've tried to defend Cutler to some extent this year because he's our only chance of salvaging a bad season. At this point though, I'd rather see Doughty or Fales for two games....I honestly think we have a better shot with one of them. -

Kind of to be expected though wasn't it? I was interested to see if anything might change and the Dolphins might put up a pair of good performances in back to back weeks, but this is Cutler's career in a nutshell isn;t it? I remember hearing you get "Good Jay" one week and "Bad Jay" the next. Kind of a meaningless game anyway. I know we were mathematically still alive, but TBH I haven't felt like this team was in the playoff hunt since the first game of the year. Even at 2-0 and 4-2 we looked pretty flawed. At least they played their best game when it mattered the most. I enjoyed Monday night's game and it was much more enjoyment than I expected for the month of December. Too bad the refs handed the cheatriots home field advantage today against the Steelers rendering our win inconsequential in the standings, but it was still fun to watch.

if cutler does come back I wonder what happens, everyones golden boy in RT and gase' bromance with cutler, I wonder who wins and takes snaps hahah....these are the days of our lives!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -

In my opinion, the refs have zero excuse to ever miss a holding call between the tackle and the DE. It's the easiest hold to see in football. I'm almost wondering if they let the majority of holds go due to QB safety. -
At this point I'm more pissed off at Tannehill for not getting the surgery when he should have.

I have been on record how I feel about #6.
I would like to propose that we all address him by his complete name, Jay F.N. Cutler-Sucks III. As a gesture of my respect for his football playing ability that is the only way I will address him for the foreseeable future.resnor likes this. -
Personally, I'd love to see Matt Moore one more time in a game without all the pre-snap penalties that derailed most of this season. I don't think I'll get my wish though. -

Hey look, I'm not trying to say it was all Jay F.N. Cutler-Sucks III's fault that the team lost in Buffallo. I mean, It's not Jay F.N. Cutler-Sucks III's job to tackle Shady McCoy is it? It's also not Jay F.N. Cutler-Sucks III's job to cover tight ends. It's definitely not Jay F.N. Cutler-Sucks III's job to maintain containment on the edge against a mobile active runner QB. None of those things going wrong were Jay F.N. Cutler- Sucks III's fault in any way. It was Jay F.N. Cutler-Sucks III's fault the offense played like they were bored, except for Landry who played like he was on Meth (that may very well be Jay F.N Cutler-Sucks III's fault, he's probably Foersters dealer.) It was Jay F.N. Cutler-Sucks III's fault the ball hit the ground more often than a receiver. Well if you count the Int's as completions Jay F.N. Cutler-Sucks III's QBR would have been better than the average age of Roy Moores girlfriends. We would have been a better team with Marquise Gray playing QB instead of Jay F.N. Cutler-Sucks III.
So you asked me if I am still going to think that Jay F.N. Cutler-Sucks III sucks even if he lights up KC next week. Absoflippinlutely!!!
You know why??? CUZ JAY F.N. CUTLER -SUCKS III FLIPPIN SUCKS THAT'S WHY!
Just in case I wasn't clear enough from the beginning I really think Jay F.N. Cutler-Sucks III SUCKS!!! Like a Hollywood fluff girl working overtime to be able to get a boob job and finally live her dreams of being a star.Last edited: Dec 20, 2017
