Poor Bowles will be fired

 

They have a far worse squad than those 2007 Fins. We had hideous coaching and lost a few close games that year.
I like Todd Bowles and think they will win 1 game based solely on him, however I could easily see that team being the 2nd team to go 0-16.

They are terrible and the worst part is, YOU KNOW they are going to give us fits just like every stinking year!

I dont know. I dont think anyone looks at that mess up there and lays it at Todd Bowles feet. He really came into an awful mess and its just gotten worse. The only person in that cess pool of an organization that I want to see succeed is Bowles. Hopefully it won't be with the Jets or any team in the AFC EAST.

 

Im saying he can't quit.
He would get a job again if they played hard and lost based on the bad talent.

 

I'm not sure I can point to a game that the Jets SHOULD win, and there is a very real chance they go 0-16, but I went with '1' just because 0-16 has only happened once.

Most importantly, the Jests need to make the WRONG choice with that #1 pick in 2018, and set the team back another couple years.

 

I'm not so sure I like this news. It seems like every year the team who is expected to be the worse ends up as a surprise team. Wouldn't surprise me if they still steal a win from Miami.

I hope they win at least 6 games to be honest. I'd hate to see them get spoiled with a top 3 draft pick.

 

If that team can win 6 games the Todd Bowles should be coach of the year!

 

No kidding, right? Poor guy. Got to be an awful feeling, finally getting an opportunity to be a head coach, then watching the FO just dismantle everything around you knowing that in all likelihood you're done at the end of the season and you have no chance this year because they've just made such a mess... again.

As long as they don't end up with #1 overall, I'll be happy. haha Although, knowing that team lately, they'd probably screw that up too.

It's obvious what they're doing. Aren't they going to have $100m in cap next year or something? And a top 2 pick.

 

They may not surprise and I'm not a gambler by any means, but I'll put twenty bucks on a friendly PayPal bet if anyone wants to take "Under 4". I'm guessing they'll scrape out 4-5 wins anyway. I mean, history shows that they'll beat us and the Pats at least once....so there's 2 wins nobody in their right mind saw coming.

By the way, is it just me or do you folks hate the Jets less than you used to? Since they started sucking, I kinda feel like it's us and them vs the stinking Pats.

 

How in the hell does Bowles get a free pass in the mess that is the Jets?
