I don't mind a split whereby Brown is still the feature back. An even split, I'm not 100% convinced about until I see Ricky run first, because I like Ricky but it has been a while since he ran in the NFL.
Throw Booker in there and it'll get very interesting. -
I think this is great for the Dolphins this year. Ronnie and Ricky are both talented backs. IMO i'm all for this system as long as ronnie is the feature back. Then for the remaining carries, instead of them all going to williams id like to see Booker getting alot of touches too. If our line can provide some great blocking on runs, and some good blocking on screens, our RB corps should be one of the best in the league thats for sure. I don't think there is any disputing that.

The R&R Express is back baby! LoBook def sounds like he'll be involved in the offense as well. Sparano said of Book the other day he jumped off the the game film.

With Ricky, Ronnie and LoBo all in the backfield we could have a 3 headed monster, dare I say, like the early 70's Fins. What a great idea.

I just worry what Ricky actually has left in the tank at his age, I worry because he sure didn't show much up in the CFL last year. I know he was injured, but even when healthy, he didn't exactly make us proud. -
I'm more then willing to give Ricky a chance. If he can play, i'm all for him here.

All the RB's in the world won't matter unless defenses start respecting the pass.

This seems to be a "Thank you, Capt Obvious" article from the Sentinel. The thought of RB and RW like they were in 2005 would be appealing to any coach. The 2-back system is more like the norm than the abnormal in the NFL now. In Hennings offense and play calling, we'll see run after run after run after run...having more than one feature back is necessary, not just a luxury. The questions around the health and (I'll just call it) welfare of RB/RW is where we all worry about with this upcoming season. If Brown is healthy by the end of the first quarter, we'll be ok, even if RW is not up to where he was a few years ago, without us having to add another back to the equation (via draft, P. Cobb or UDFA). The problem with this scenario is what do we do if Brown takes longer to heal and RW goes into never never land again ??

Williams has failed 4 drug test's and I don't care if it was an illegal substance or not Williams is like every other football player in this league,, he is accountable of what he puts on or in his body... How many MORE freakin chances will this organization give this guy?
You and others might feel that he deserves to continue to make this organization look foolish I for one do not even want this LOSER on this teams roster..
At ANY salary number!

It's not the make, it's the miles, if Ricky kept himself in shape, he will do fine.
I believe he is 20 pds under his playing weight during his glory years, that is a great sign. -
