It may not have an effect on this week's game against the undefeated Patriots, but the 1-13 Dolphins added former New England coach Bill Parcells to their front office Wednesday, according to several published reports.
Parcells will be the vice president of football operations and will certainly have the final word on all personnel decisions, whether general manager Randy Mueller and coach Cam Cameron stay or not. The four-year deal hinged on Dolphins owner H. Wayne Huizenga assuring Parcells that he would remain the majority owner for the duration of the contract.
