Turner played in a pro style scheme for the Trojans from 2005-08 and was a starter his last two years, catching 138 passes for 1,752 yards and 17 touchdowns over his career. An up-and-down career with the Trojans and whispers of him not meeting expectations like some other previously highly drafted USC receivers were things Turner could not ignore coming out.
