Interesting...

Him being out would def take away the scrambling/running factor, which would help out a ton.
-
VY is the top rated passer in the NFL.
Cruised a titans board, they are not to concerned with the Phins this weekend. -
Not saying VY is bad.....but Miami is bad at downfield passing coverage...which Collins is good at...not the coverage but the passing...
Pick your poison, run and gun of VY, or Collins....good thing Britt is out, Moss and Britt would have been hectic... -
A limited Young or a fresh Collins?
-
He was going to miss the game last year too. Worked out real well for us :/

Collins

I'd rather face Collins. His delivery is still slow, he still has a pitching motion as he was a good pitcher in HS. He brings the ball low and he can be sacked.
However, if you give this guy the opportunity he will eat you alive with deep dig routes and such, and he can flat out sling the ball around. He throws a heavy ball too, so that may not help our DB's get an INT.finyank13, Stitches and BlameItOnTheHenne like this. -
May just get your wish:
Not sure if this helps or not, but it is one more piece of information to consider. -
our defense isnt set up very well for a mobile QB so I'm all for Collins playing.
-
Well, Collins apparently will get the nod, which means checkdown passes will be a larger problem, the deal with Collins is, pressure him and he can get rattled and throw Int's.

I guess I would rather see Collins play also. I just hope the defense doesn't get picked apart by screen passes again like last week.
