I rarely buy jerseys. I got a Ronnie Brown one the year of the Wildcat. But I like the new look and am excited about this year's team. I'm tempted to buy a jersey, but undecided on whether to buy a Tannehill jersey (too soon?), Dion Jordan, Cam Wake, or maybe John Denney since he's been here forever.
Is there a current roster-player jersey you're considering picking up? New player, or player we had last year already?

Hartline? That surprises me.
Maybe he really is under appreciated. -
I'll be getting a player who's likely to either retire here or is bound to play a long time in a Miami uniform. No more jerseys that have to be shelved after a season or two. So either Wake, Tannehill, Pouncey, Jordan, or Sturgis. lol.

good topic, been meaning to make a list of the safest jerseys to buy.......... because you know how some fans just dont get it.
( my aunt bought my 8 yr old cousin a reggie bush jersey for the holidays last year, after i told her to wait for the new unis. ) "He's on the team for one more game, thats it !" I said. "And that logo represents all that has gone wrong with this team."
He wore it to the last 2 home games with me and now its a pricey closet stuffer.
1.#91 Cameron Wake - Elite, All-Pro, got his big money and improved his game. Could be a career Phin, will go down as one, no doubt.
2.#17 Ryan Tannehill - Franchise QB, we've got one ! He has a long career ahead of him.
3.#51 Mike Pouncey - One of the best lineman in the league, period. Loves staying in FL.
4.#59 Danell Ellerbe or #?Phillip Wheeler - a safer bet to stay long term than the WRs.
5.#11 Mike Wallace or #82 Brian Hartline - Locked up for a few years now.
Hopefuls:
#95 Dion Jordan,#26 Lamar Miller, #20 Reshad Jones........IF they play well and if Jones is resigned you can add these 3 to the list of smart buys.
I'm going to wait until late 2013, I really want a Jordan 95, or Jones 20. -

Would be damn sweet to see that #13 on the new jerseys.

He's talking about Dan Marion. -

I'm torn between Wake, Tannehill and to a lesser extent, Wallace.

Best off jersey wise either getting a customer with an older player like Marino/Thomas as FinD pointed out, or maybe custom with your own last name.
Personally I just wear logo merch instead.MonstBlitz, Fin D and Bpk like this. -

If you're looking for the "safest" jersey, I don't see how you can go with anyone other than Pouncey.

No interest at the moment. I buy the jerseys for the player, not a new design. Got an authentic Ryan Tannehill last year, that will suit me for awhile.
-
Thinking about Hartline that will almost guarantee he won't be on the team very long if I buy one so maybe I won't.
Did get a Tannehill autographed football for a present though I put it on a Nice pedestal in the man cave now I want a Dolphin light over the pool table.pacadermng67 and ToddPhin like this. -
Ray Finkle.
Because I'm sick of spending money on players who end up leaving or being traded. Ray might have missed the big kick, but he'll always be a Dolphin. :pPuka-head likes this. -
I just got my white Wallace jersey in, I love it :punk:

Every jersey I buy ends up with a player leaving as well so I give up. I'm tempted to see if Miller breaks out, but I went to the mall and saw the jerseys up close and needless to say, I really disliked them. (I Had liked them a lot when first released, but press released (Altered) photo's can make a lot of things look good.) So hopefully they have an alternate jersey next season to make it more enticing.

Tanny or Wallace.
I wouldn't mind #54 in the new jersey, either.
