Seriously, who is out there? Cowher?

No one is going to take a team over in the middle of the season.

I would think Nolan would take over HC duties if he is fired.

Seriously Nabo....can we hire him now? Even if Ross wanted to with his TV contract?

Hopefully nobody!!!! Sparano is leading us straight to Andrew Luck!!

I would assume if Sparano is fired midseason, the job on an interim basis would go to Mike Nolan

At the end of the day I'd rather look at the situation as a let's rebuild again, but with much more talent situation like Baltimore had back around 2008 then look at it in a let's do a quick rebuild as we've always tried to do. There's talent on this team, we're not in that bad shape. Let's move our outlook though towards 2014 for a playoff season though. This current group is a stepping stone on the way to a high talent level team.
Right now they have good talent (not great), with terrible coaching. It's a start. -

Gruden would bring some real energy to Miami. I like him and I think we could find a good DC to go with him.

I have this odd feeling they start kicking *** under him.

The upside with Cowher is he would bring in someone from the Steelers front office as GM. Omar Khan is usually the name mentioned. Not sure who Gruden would want as GM.
Ross is a fame whore. Meaning he will hire a big name - either Gruden, Cowher or a hot college coach. -

I think it's probably Jon Gruden. How would Henne do under Gruden?

Only thing I don't like about Fisher are the penalties. His teams always play inspired ball though.
