it WILL be John Beck. as for his win, it dependes on how well our draft goes. if ronnie is healthy, we get some help on o-line and WR maybe TE, and on D we have to improve CB and D-Line and get LB some youth. i think it will be around 5-7 wins next year. if we get the right guys in the draft.
Draft:1.dorsey, 2.otah(best OT avai.),2.Dwight Lowery (best CB avai.)3. TE/WR...
FA: WR: berrian or bryant johnson...CB:trufant if not resigned but probably will be (therefore we could take someone else instead of lowery with 2b pick.) DT Corey williams if no dorsey and take chris long
there are many different situations on how our offseason could go -
Dan Marino (full of HGH) and 13
-
The look on Parcell's face when Beck fumbled that snap during the Bengal's game was a look of pure, unfiltered disgust. He'll have to have one hell of an offseason to be the Dolphins starting QB next season.
I'm going to say Cleo Lemon to start the season, but not finish. 7 wins. -
that reminds me, why did Dan wait until 2007 to go on a diet
if I tear my Achilles, that is a time I think about dropping some lb's -
-
beck and 15
-
if not beck maybe losman, grossman, or alex smith?...i heard he was unhappy with the coaching staff...or maybe someone from the draft

I hope Lemon's not back with us....unless we get a vet in free agency I'd say Beck will start...how many games we win is hard to tell right now....we have to see what players we keep and what players we lose..then what players we get in free agency and then the draft...so nobody can answer that question right now.
Ozzy rules!! -
I think it will be Lemon for the first four games, and then either Beck or someone we draft down for (Ryan, Brohm, or Flacco) the rest of the way....and 6 wins.

Johnny Beck is gonna sit and learn. I expect Parcels to draft a QB on the second day, another youngster to groom.
Parcels likes veterans...Who's out there? What about McNabb- IS Schaub around - What are the Panthers doing with David Carr and Delhomme. Do not rule out Chris Simms. What about that guy from the Cardinals who won a Superbowl with the Rams - that's Parcels kinda geriatric type QB that cannot move a freakin inch in the pocket and stays with him until you are blue in the face with rage for him to put the young kid in the game and do something different.
I still believe though that in today's NFL if you set your team's trajectory on the right path and light a do or die fire under their collective behinds a 1 and 15 team can turn it around to be 8 and 8 or 9 and 7. Of course that is wildly optimistic but then again that is what it means to be a fan! Right? -

Cleo, 12-4!

Beck and i will say 9 or 10 and get in the wild card playoffs
-
Drew Bledsoe and 5.
-
Kurt Warner, and 7 for the win. Circle gets the square!
-
-
beck and 9 wins, because its his #
-
Beck but regardless of wins it's a return trip to the #1 overall pick spotlight.
-
Trent Green (or a Parcells vet) for first 12 games. Matt Ryan for last 4. overall record 6-10
-

It would be very hard to predict right now today ...
IF you went with our current roster: the Beck and up to 6
But our roster will change a lot over the next 4 months ... so both answers could easily change, as there are several QBs available and wins could expand up to 8 with the right additions. -

Beck, and 8-10 games if we do not get hit this hard injury wise...also depends who we lose and gain in the off-season.
Edit: meant between 6 - 10 depending who we lose and gain. Also I believe Beck will be our QB most of ther season, but he will not start the season.Last edited: Jan 16, 2008
